CUSTOMERS WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY REFUNDS, CANCELLATION OR DEFERRED PAYMENTS. UPON THE RARE CASE CUSTOMERS MAY WANT TO STOP ANY SERVICE THEY CAN DIRECTLY CANCEL FROM CUSTOMERS LOGIN ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE. WWW.WALTOE.COM 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR NECT BILLING DATE.

  • Pre-paid plan and all subscription monthly fees and set-up fees are nonrefundable.

  • All cancellations must be submitted via email to support@waltoe.com no later than 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE.
